cancelation policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to book any other services.

Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance by text, phone call, or email.

 

 Effective March 1st 2020

JLo Salon does not offer a refund policy on any services. If you are dissatisfied with the service, we require you to notify us within 3 days from the date of the appointment and service. JLo salon will provide robes as part of any chemical service in order to keep clothing from getting damaged or stained by any products used in the salon.

JLo salon will not be held responsible for any damage caused in the salon to any of your items or clothing.
 

Appointments canceled with shorter noticed will be charged a 30% fee from the service total, for each individual service(s).

 

If you are running over 15 minutes late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

 

Gratuities are only accepted in cash or checks. We cannot add them to the credit card transactions.
